This project is a subdivision of existing land into two lot subdivision leaving the front section sub-dividable in the future if required. The back section was planned as home and income with a separate one bedroom minor dwelling approximately 60 sq/m and main dwelling of 5 double bedroom, open plan living kitchen and double internal access garage with large deck overlooking to the creek, totaling to nearly 350 sq/m. Resource Consent granted and construction starting in November 2019.
