- A new vehicle crossing
- Public Stormwater Extension
- Sanitary Sewer public line bridging.
- Project Management
- Engineering approval for public drainage works
- Building consent included:
- 2 x double level brick and weatherboard dwellings
- Double internal garage per dwelling
- 4 x double bedrooms per dwelling
- 1 x living area per dwelling
- 3 x toilet and bathrooms per dwelling
- Relocation of 1 x single level house onsite with new foundations and piles

Total Duration: 9 months
Project commenced in late 2017 and was completed successfully in mid 2018.
